Use commercial water and stain repellents especially during periods of rainy weather. Just spray thoroughly without saturating the leather and be sure to get the seams. When you finish, let the UGG
Classic Paisley Boots dry for 24 hours.
Read the manufacturer’s directions carefully. Apply down-wind and not near a flame. Many of these repellent’s are extremely flammable and are not the healthiest of aerosols to breathe in.
If you don’t mind the color fading a little from your
UGGs, you can wash them in a washing machine. Use very cold water and a few tee shirts, so they don’t knock around and also double up and act like scrubbers, and put your washing machine on a light-duty cycle for 10-15 minutes. Add Woolite. Do NOT use any other soap.
Boots, slipper or shoes need to be pulled out at the end of the cycle. If there is any encrusted dirt, take some Woolite and a nail brush or used tooth brush and work those areas. When you finish, drop them back into the washing machine and then rinse and spin dry.
If you have Ugg boots and you pulled them out, put soda bottles into the boot to keep it upright. You’ll want to put them in a warm place. If you see them puckering pull and push shaping the sheepskin in order to keep the look perfect.
